Abstract: With the enlarging of the scale of the chain garment industry, the industry's demand for sales man are tend to increasing .However the industry have a shortage of sales, and the shortage of first-line clothing sales staff has greatly restricted the further development of enterprises. For the problem, this paper studied the five factors-promotion space, work intensity, wages and benefits, family and relationships which play important role in sales man’s loss by ways of statistical analysis. To measure the staff’s turnover intention, we use regression analysis and factor analysis to deal with the questionnaires, in this way the relationship between five factors and employee’s turnover were identified. The final analysis showed that the intensity of work and wages and benefits have a great impact on the staff loss. Therefore, this article focuses on the intensity of work and remuneration of staff, trying to find out scientific working methods to reduce the staff’s intensity, improve work efficiency and thereby reduce the negative effect of personnel losing for the business development.
