Abstract: |
Organizational injustice can destroy the relationship between an organization and its employees,but also disrupt normal operations of an organization. Therefore, the issue——how the organization utilize the effective strategies to restore injustice has become a concern of researchers and managers. This paper reviews the theoretical model, strategies, and psychological mechanism of restoring organizational injustice, and evaluates these developments. Based on the above work, this paper finally proposes the future research directions.
