In recent years, the Coal Industry have faced many new development challenges, which the impact was fierce. The traditional personnel management is so far behind the pace of enterprise reform, which lacks competitive advantage. Based on the analysis of state-owned coal enterprise human resource management, and the research on FX Mining Group, we summed up the FX human resources management situation and existing problems to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in the hope of optimizing the coal company's human resource management to solve realistic problems.
