Abstract: This paper analyzes the existing science and technology human resources in Guangdong. By using the factor analysis of the multiple statistical analysis method, this paper concentrates on 11 main indexes and appraises the science and technology human resources of 21 regions in Guangdong, based on which the paper divides the 21 regions into different classes applying clustering analysis, and then puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
