Abstract: |
The paper aims to report on the HR function in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), describe the roles played by the HR function in M&A and examine the HR risks in a merger. Also explored the reasons behind HR managers’ participation in the M&A process and discuss the factors affecting the role of HR managers in M&A.
