Abstract: Personnel career development path system plays an important role in HRM practices. HR managers design career development path for marketing staff, professional technicians and other kinds of employees. However, their own career development path is still not clear which may impede their career development. In this paper we discuss the characteristics and problems that the human resource manager face in state-owned enterprise, refer to scholars research for other position career development path, and try to design the career development path for the human resource manager in state-owned enterprise. We also analyze some related support factors.
