Abstract:
With the development of market economy and state-owned enterprise reform, many state-owned enterprises’ employment model can’t effectively support the sustainable development. Therefore, establishing a diversity employment model is necessary. This paper focus on the inevitability of diversity employment model and the present problems in the state-owned enterprise, attempt to propose solutions, and expect to help state-owned enterprise’s establishment of diversity employment model.
