Power is a specified social relationship of human society, which consists of the organization's power of influence, constraint and control, even cohesive power, and it is an essential question of theory and practice in modern administration. When we study power of administration and other relevant issues, making it clear that the source and connotation of modern administration's power is of essential theoretical and practical significance to modern administration and administration modernization.
