Abstract: |
In this paper, competence theory, establish a scientific recruitment and selection mechanisms to help build outstanding independent college teaching staff to promote the realization of independent colleges to better training objectives. This paper described a competency model competency and meaning; Secondly, in theory, based on the status of independent colleges of human resources and recruitment problems for analysis. Finally, the actual development of Independent Colleges and demand, from the Institute's strategic direction and development of starting of the Independent Institute's competency model, and the establishment of an independent college recruiting system. Recruitment of IndependentSchoolsystem for the new conclusion that the effectiveness of the recruitment system, and analyzes the deficiencies and the need to improve.
