Abstract: Based on China’s panel data of 29 provinces during 1991-2008, this paper employs spatial econometrics to study the relationship between Income Disparity between urban and rural, human capital and TFP. It shows results: (1) Income Disparity between urban and rural shows a distinct spatial dependence, and most provinces locate at high-high and low-low region; (2) The relationship of Income Disparity and TFP shows inverted U-curve; (3) Human Capital widens Income Disparity of urban and rural in some degree; (4) The lag of absorbing rural labor force which becomes one of factors influencing the Income Disparity.
