Abstract: |
In order to supply qualified personnel for society and achieve sustainable development, the higher school needs to seek reform unceasingly in the personnel management system. Through the analysis of the management present situation and the teacher’s concrete characteristics in higher school, this article give some recommendations on various functions management contents of personnel management system in higher school based on the theory of modern personnel management. It has the vital theoretical and practical significance for the higher school to meet the time need and realize the sustainable development.
