Abstract: Based on random sampling method, 201 construction workers are investigated to study their living conditions, from the basic information, work and life, protection of their rights and the evaluation of the status quo. The results of statistical analysis show their living conditions have improved, however, problems such as lower wages, longer working hours, lower standard of living, lack of rights to protect, are more serious. This paper the study discuss the solutions from the government, construction companies and migrant workers.
