Abstract:
By reviewing the relevant literature on corporate culture, employee’s job performance and attribution style, we sort out the relationship between the three: one-way relationship, two-way relationship and mixed relationship. Based on the social learning theory, we construct a integrated performance model which is consisted of the “inner circle” (strong relationship circle) and “outer circle”(weak relationship circle). Finally we discuss the inspiration and future research of the integrated model.
