Based on the technical school in Zhuji City of Light Industry survey, combined with previous experience, describes China's current "school-enterprise cooperation," the status quo, from the school, community, business, government identified four aspects of the existence of this personnel training mode problems and shortcomings, and then puts forward some proposals and the corresponding corrective measures.
