Abstract: |
This paper analyzes the Shaanxi rural surplus labor transfer results and stability, lasting transfer are the main problems and put forward the improving agricultural productivity, pay attention to the readjustment of industrial structure, speed up urbanization process and eliminate the policy of rural labor employment discrimination, constructing urban and rural unified labor market system and countermeasures.
