Abstract: This article through data and some common economic coefficient as urban and rural income ratio and Gini coefficient in reform, opening up three decades that after the income gap between urban residents still has widened, based on the status of the dual economic structure model, lewis Todaro the reference for our country, and urbanization theory aimed at increasing farmers' income measures of literature, discusses in the new situation, analyses the causes of the income gap between urban and rural area now, including the development of rural economy in reference to Japan's peasants associate and "aspects of the sawmill movement" the operation experience, and 2010 rural residents' per capita disposable income 10.9% results are analyzed and some help to improve farmers' income by narrowing the income gap countermeasures.
