Abstract: |
Human is the most important factor in all sorts of factors which sustainable development depends on. Of course, society's sustainable development also depends on the human who has the quality of sustainable development. Likewise, the agricultural sustainable development mainly depends on the farmer who has the quality of sustainable development. Raising farmer's sustainable development quality realization is the determining factor of agricultural sustainable development. There are three roads to improve the farmer's quality of sustainable development. The first road is to train reserve force of the farmer through improve the quality of the elementary education; The second road is the introduction of non-countryside residents who have qualification of being engaged in the agriculture management through eliminating the barrier between city and countryside; The third road is to train the farmer who is at work. In order to improve farmer's overall quality, achieving the goal of sustainable development of Chinese agriculture, we must put into effect the license system of the practitioner of agriculture gradually.
