Abstract: Counterproductive work behavior is the behavior performed intentionally by employees in the workplace which would harm the benefits of organizations. In this paper, the authors reach the conclusions as follows: among the employees who are evaluated by others, the CWB they suffered doesn’t have significant correlation relationship with core self-evaluation; among the employees who are evaluated by themselves, the CWB they suffered does have significant correlation relationship with core self-evaluation; core self-evaluation doesn’t have significant correlation relationship with personal popularity. It means that core self-evaluation can’t predict one’s popularity effectively.
