Abstract: |
This paper studies the question and the manpower in the university human resources allocation in digital library taking the fact as the basis and using the mass data and the chart, analyses the origin of pair production question. Finally, put forward some implement measures and concrete strategy about the optimization of human resources allocation so as to promote the distribution efficiency.
