Abstract:
This paper discusses the effect of planting structure on income of farmer by using the hierarchical linear model (HLM) to analyze a data with specifically hierarchical structure. Result shows that farmers' income is related to farmers' individual features. Disparity of 52.6% personal income comes from the difference of provincial administrative region and the effect of changes in the sown area of different types of crops on this relationship is different.
