Abstract: |
Allowing innovation business in listed securities company increases the buyer’s business and changes the single "rely on" business model. The main new innovation businesses include: margin trading business; hedging stock portfolios using index futures; direct investment and other businesses derivatives by new businesses. Securities companies, basing on the risk features of new businesses, should be positive or careful to take part in. In the premise of the tight control of risk, develop innovation business, improve business structure and promote the financial profit ability.
