Abstract: |
To construct Enterprise culture basing on the occupational happiness of team staff, we must eliminate a number of obstacles such as managers’ cognition, inappropriate incentive, low management level of first-line managers, lagging team construction work, neglect staffs’ career development, formalizing team culture construction, and promote enterprise culture construction, and embed enterprise core values to the grass roots staff, and construct employee happiness evaluation system, and improve employee occupational happiness, by working on such aspects as the management concept innovation, organizing ability, career development,democratic management, incentive mechanism and team cultural construction, and so on.
