Abstract: |
Ethical leadership, as a rising research subject among the Western scholars, has caused more and more scholars' attention. This paper firstly introduces the definition, dimension and measurement of ethical leadership. Then it analyses the factors that affect ethical leadership and relative variables which are affected by ethical leadership, including work attitude, work performance and behaviors. Lastly, in view of the limitations of past research, the author proposes a few suggestions for future research.
