Abstract: No management without power. No power without management. In the modern management process, Power is the foundation and guarantee of a leader and manager to carry out leadership or management activities and to perform its functions and responsibilities. In the academia, there are a lot of research involved the composition and characteristic of power in modern management, but few systematic discussions.Therefore, the study of the composition and characteristics problem of power in management process has important theoretical and practical significance for modern management and modernization of management.
