Abstract: |
How to enhance of the efficiency of modern enterprises by achieving the best performance of human capital has been an important proposition in management process. This thesis describe the significance of saving human capital, and put forward the investment modes of enterprise based on saving human capital, namely, the emphasis on by reducing human capital inputs, improve the efficiency of the human capital l and strengthening risk management of human capital investment, so as to reduce the cost of capital and realize the value of human capital which creates the greatest economic benefit.
