Abstract: |
Based on the investigation and data analysis of the status of S Water-Supply Corporation performance management and related performance management theory, this paper explored the problems existed in S Water-Supply Corporation performance management. Combined with the characteristics of Water- Supply Corporation, raised four improve ideas, including rationalize the organizational structure and job settings, develop key performance indicators and key targets, establishment of a sound employee performance management system and develop employee career development channels to provide some reference for S Water-Supply Corporation and other some industry corporations performance management.
