Abstract: Entrepreneurship is to create sustainable competitive advantage of important resources, its functions are important to determine the enterprise's development direction and goals, and make strategic decisions.The weak capacity of private entrepreneurs has become a private enterprise a major obstacle to sustainable development. This article attempts to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial strategic choice theory, and the use of empirical methods of analysis of the composition of private entrepreneurship to explore the subjective and objective conditions in the different capacity of each sub-impact on the strategic choice to make up for strategic management and lack of entrepreneurship research, while improving the strategic choice of private entrepreneurship and providing policy recommendations.
