Abstract:
In the operating mode of circular economy,public participation is an integral part of social and economic systems. More importantly,public participation system is the ethical requirements of circular economy code of ethics. Therefore, public participation in the circular economy is a special nature. This paper describes the ethical content of the circular economy, analysis the significance of public participation of circular economy development in the system, and explores the system model of public participation in the circular economy based on ethics.
