Abstract: |
In the first decade of 21th century, there appear some new trends in the practice of corporate social responsibility, both for the governments and companies of the developed countries. Governments change their motives and strategies from solely solving social problems to promoting national competitiveness, national solidarity and the sustainable development of both society and environment. Companies tend to fulfill the strategic social responsibility such as creating the shared value, which is combined to social responsible investment and public governance, in order to achieve the win-win situation between society and companies.
