Abstract: |
Firstly, this paper reviews the main contents of Management Thought of Drucker Peter who is regarded as “The father of modern management”, and then it introduces Drucker’s contributions on the Management. The paper also has analyzed the basic industrialized social environment which caused by modern technology revolution. Finally, the paper suggests that we should develop the Management based on its practice and pay great attention on the research of the common theory of the Management and the training of the managers who we need very much as well as the innovation of effective organizations in the progress of industrialization in China.
