Abstract: |
As a result of the close relationship between the dividend policy and stock holders' interests, the shareholders are very concerned about the company's dividend policy and affect the dividend policy in certain ways, which makes the increase of uncertain factors in dividend distribution. Based on the foreign and domestic related research and combined with our Chinese listed companies’ dividend distribution. I make this empirical research to try to find out how the profitability of the business effect on the dividend distribution policy and sort out the preferences of distribution with different profitability, which help investors to predict future dividend policy and make better investment decisions according to intuitive performance index.
