Abstract: Changes of private enterprise scale has a significant impact of Enterpriseproperty right system changes. At different life cycle of the private sector also showed a different scale characteristics, and different sizes of the requirements for the ownership structure is not the same. In this paper, the relationship between the number of private sector ownership structure is subject to the scale of business impact analysis of the situation and draw relevant conclusions.
