Abstract: |
By analyzing the impact of deepening division of labor on employee freedom, staff turnover and profit contribution of per capita, this paper studied on Cell Production Mode. It points out that because of the existence of deepening division of labor, there are some phenomena, such as island phenomenon, the workers as economic man, the negative influence of informal organization, and so on. According to the article, we think that enterprises should take the staff as the center, and construct a suitable production mode on the base of enterprise products, environment and culture.
