In view of the standardization problems of the accounting of institutions, this paper analyzes the cause of formation that lack of the accounting system, irregularity quality of accounting personnel, weak of the internal control system, poor supervision of the department of finance. Putting forward the Countermeasures to standard the accounting of institutions.
