Abstract: |
For its fuzziness, uncertainty and non-linear characteristics of comprehensive qualities evaluation of employees, it has been one of the bottlenecks of small and medium enterprises management. Making use of characteristics of BP neural network, including self-organization, self-learning and superior fault tolerance, a comprehensive qualities evaluation model of employees of small and medium enterprises is proposed. This model gives a certain feasible new idea to optimize the comprehensive qualities evaluation of employees.
