Since 2008 the melamine incident, China's dairy industry once again in crisis, Chinese dairy products from quality problems, milk beverage is accompanied and come is still controversy. In today's customer economy times, the competition between the enterprise from the previous product quality and quantity competition, brand competition to the competition of corporate social responsibility. This paper uses Michael Potter's theory of strategy, through the general model of strategic analysis ( competitive strategy roulette model ) and industry strategic analysis model ( Potter Porter 5 force analysis model ) two tools onChina's dairy industry to do thorough analysis. And finally draws the conclusion and enlightenment.
