Abstract: Entrepreneurs crime become an increasingly prominent phenomenon in our social development. How to reduce and prevent this crime is a socio-economic problem which need to be solved urgently. Based on the framework of game theory, this paper want to analysis mechanisms of curbing entrepreneurs crime and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
