Abstract: |
It is proved by foreign and domestic enterprises that performing corporate social responsibility has great influence on corporate’s sustainable development. Current status of Chinese corporate social responsibility were analyzed in aspects of enterprise’s understanding, contents, execution and management of corporate social responsibility. Finally, suggestions for corporate social responsibility management were given to promote corporate’s sustainable development, which included forestering government guidance, instruct making plan and management system, improving disclosure policy and supervision mechanism.
