Abstract: |
In recent years, the computer network has been developing rapidly and it has been widely used in the hotel industry. This environment change has given a challenge to the adaptability of existing hotel organization. So the hotel organization reengineering is imperative. This thesis firstly defined hotel organization reengineering, and then on the basis of that, analyzed the influence that network environment imposed on each factors of the hotel organization. And then we put forward the mode conceived of our hotel organization reengineering in the network environment. At last, we elaborated the operation support system of hotel organization.
