Asset life cycle management is a management innovation to break down departmental boundaries and achieve the overall life-cycle asset management optimization. Power companies are characterized by asset-intensive. This paper analyses existing problems in the field of target coordination, decision-making mechanism, coordination mechanism, etc. According to the rationale of life cycle management, this paper put forward some suggestions to optimize the current asset management mechanism in power grid corporations.
