Abstract: As the growing contributions of the private economy to the national economy, the market position of private economy is increasingly recognized. However, a small number of enterprises are “short-lived”.Many studies have shown that there is a close relationship between Enterprise Culture and the sustainable development of enterprises, Culture is listed as one of the core elements of competitiveness. Due to the factors of historical、economic restructuring, and corporate staff’s low quality, there are some problems in the construction of Enterprise Culture, such as focus on form, ignore content, lack of personality, prevalence of family management and so on, these constitute a serious impediment to sustainable development of enterprises. This paper, aiming at the above problems, proposes that re-shape the corporate culture in the business philosophy and culture of the private enterprise system, then gives the specific operation of the program.
