Abstract: |
Structure reform of state-owned commercial banks (SOCBs) has been advancing to depth. However, nowadays, the reform remains confined to limited extent and hard to deeply carry on. Aimed at such situation, driving mechanism in SOCBs’ structure reform is discussed with a replicate-dynamics model in evolutionary game theory. It is concluded that central bank can boost branch managers’ initiative and carry reform forward by increasing feasibility of reform, providing effective incentives and disincentives and intensifying reform popularization efforts.
