Abstract: Corporate entrepreneurship (CE) plays a pivotal role in firm upgrading. The paper intends to figure out the impacts of CE on firm performance and its process by reviewing related empirical papers published in international journals. Building on findings provided by prior research, the paper summarizes the consequence of CE, the moderating variables affecting CE-performance link and the mediating variables between CE and firm performance. Moreover, the paper maps out current research status and suggests future research directions.
