Abstract: |
Starting from the last research headway of scholars from home and abroad on the recession of local industry clusters, the paper analyzes the performance and the general recession causes of local industrial clusters and points out the fundamental reason that lies in the lack of dynamic capabilities. The paper initially uses a theory of dynamic capabilities to study the upgrading of the local industrial clusters. Dynamic capabilities of clusters are based on the rapid integration of internal and external resources to adapt to environmental change, a positive updating core competence, making timely strategic change and constantly creating new competitive advantages for sustained development. Finally, through the study of the upgrading routine, a framework for dynamic capabilities of clusters upgrading is given.
