Abstract: |
This paper investigates the motivation and mechanism of firm factor capital and industrial structure based on the factual situation of factor endowment and the historical progress in China. It argues that continuous investment on technical capital is the breakpoint on the feedback circle and it concludes that those investments will enhance the factor endowment and industrial structure.
