In our country, the efficiency supervision is still in the stage of exploration and beginning. Promoting the efficiency supervision is the important duty the regulatory body must performs, the important means to improve the level of administrative management and the working efficiency, the important way to promote the incorrupt governmental efficiency supervision to a high level, the desirability to promote the administrative efficiency totally in universities and the important way to gain the fact of administrative reformation decision. It is a highly practical work that the efficiency supervision needs scientific ways, what is it to find a supervising point, grasp two supervising ways, ensure three supervising aims, set up four systems, get five supervising steps and focus on six supervising keys.
