In the part of national economy in our country, small and medium-sized enterprise hold the balance of power, whether in maintaining social stability or promoting economic development, it rose to an irreplaceable role. However, under some restriction factors influence such as the small scale of the enterprise’s output; low capital; technology to form; traditional system and external macroeconomic, have larger constraints of development enterprise. So small and medium-sized enterprise operators should set up an effective and system enterprise management mode, so as to ensure the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of the benign. In this paper, the author first simple discuss the management mode of small and medium-sized enterprises, then analyze the existing problems in the management of medium and small enterprises in China, finally put forward the innovation on management mode approach of small and medium-sized enterprise.
