Abstract: |
The single match channel of the equity financing of the public company in China had expand to the channels of private placement, non- private placement, mixed equity financing and so on. Throughout the 20 year’s development of China’s securities market, it shows different variation rule compared with the mature market, which presents a short duration and remote wave though the bottom is up constantly. In order to successes in equity financing, the public company’s board should consider the ways of equity financing as well as the timing.
