Abstract: This article first used the global audit information network selected out of 25 internal audit performance evaluation of the classic indicators and strategic map of thinking combined with the establishment of internal audit performance evaluation index system, and then AHP introduced into the index weight distribution process, finally used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of internal audit. To establish a scientific evaluation system for the evaluation of internal audit performance, increase the level of internal audit work.
