Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economy, express service has gone deeply into people's daily life. In the service process of express companies, it is common that various types of service failures occur. It has become the key factors of restricting many express companies to sustainable development. This paper describes the concept of service failure and service recovery at first, and then analyzes the reasons for express company service failures. Based on the analysis, this paper puts forward some specific solutions to express service recovery.
